The most important advice is to avoid or reduce cold-natured foods such as pasteurized dairy products, cream, yoghurt, excess rice, potato chips / crisps, tomato, chicken, beef, fish, etc. If you want to have them once in a while, eat them with their moderator food. For example, yoghurt should be mixed with mint / garlic / ajwain, milk should be mixed with date, rice should be mixed with black seed or cumin, cream should be mixed with honey in order to reduce their coldness.
