✔️Try to have only 2 meals in a day since the ability of your digestion system has become weak and there for there should be a gap of 10 to 12 hours between your two meals.
✔️ Try to use sweet fruits
✔️ Mostly eat the foods which are full of protein and fiber such as eggs, sheep meat, prawn, etc.
✔️ Take warm bath but don’t take long!
✔️ Seriously avoid drinking water at least half an hour before your meal till one hour after that
✔️ Have daily and regular exercise
✔️ 7 to 8 hours sleeping is enough for you
✔️ in the morning wake up before sunrise and avoid excess sleeping which increases phlegm in the body
✔️ Keep yourself far from humid climate/area
✔️ Avoid unnecessary rest during the day especially during sunset and sunrise and avoid sitting for long time
✔️ And the most important advice, avoid or reduce cold type of foods such as pasteurized dairy products, cream, Yoghurt, excess rice, potato chips/ crisps, tomato, chicken, beef, fish, etc. If you want to have them once in a while, eat them with their moderator food for example Yoghurt should be mixed with mint/garlic , milk should be mixed with date, rice should be mixed with black seed or cumin, cream should be mixed with honey to reduce their coldness.
