Sanaa Makki is a famous herb that has numerous benefits and it is also mentioned in Islamic sources:
🌹 The holy Prophet (p.b.u.h.) said: “Do not forget about Sanaa and cure (your patients) with it because if there were something to help avoid death, that would be Sanaa.”
🌹 Imam Al Sadeq (a.s.): “If people were aware about the benefits of Sanaa herb, they would exchange one gram of that herb with 2 grams of gold! In fact this herb is a protection against vitiligo, paralysis, madness, leprosy, etc”.
🌿 Sanaa is a good herb for melting excess fat, curing fatty liver, high cholesterol, liver diseases, adjusting hormones, cancers, etc.
👉 How to prepare it:
🔸2 tablespoons of dried Sanaa Makki should be placed into a cup of boiling water and left to steep for 10 minutes. It is then ready to drink, but the leaves should not be consumed.
🔸Sanaa Makki must not be boiled directly.
👉 Tips and notes regarding this herb:
🔸 Drinking its tea during the day is more effective than at night.
🔸 Using the leaves is more effective than using the powder.
🔸 For babies, one teaspoon is enough.
🔸 Since it may cause constipation, it is better to prepare it with red rose flower. (Add a few leaves of red rose flower to the Sanaa leaves before preparing it).
👉 The dosage:
🔸 1 cup, once a week, for period of 4 to 6 weeks. Then once a month after that.
🔸 For specific ailments, like fatty liver, it can be used 3 days in a row.
🌿 The side effects of this herb are almost none and it is not harmful if used according to the recommended dosage.
