willingly or unwillingly the diet of most of the people is going towards an unhealthy diet.
As mentioned earlier, diet prevents and cures the diseases.
Many people ask us about the cure of their issues, most of them just need to change their food chart so they won’t find any need to any doctor.
Either way, you should try to replace your main food chart from artificial into organic and natural.
Basically the first step for all of us to shift into a healthy diet which is the beginning of moderating our body and it’s a guaranteed way to keep us healthy and fresh is to remove these foods from our daily meals:
here is how to do:
99% of the sun flower oils in the market is a product of paraffin. it increases the LDL cholesterol and causes heart vein blockage and fatty livers,etc.
Replacement: in Islamic sources it’s highly recommended to use cow’s fat oil or use ghee , sesame oil and olive oil for cooking
Iodine salts is not suitable for eating though they advertise it’s good, it causes thyroid issues. the best salt to use is a natural sea salt
Maybe it’s not very practical for all to have access to mineral or river clean water, but at least try to avoid any water contains Chlorine.
White breads basically has lost most of its benefits and it causes constipation, diabetes, digestion issues, etc.
so if you like your health, avoid pizza, sandwich, cakes and the foods containing white flour.
Instead use whole meal breads which is easy for digestion and it helps curing Anemia. If you have time, making whole meal bread at home is the best solution and it’s not difficult.
5- Tomato paste:
If you buy tomato paste from super market, then you should know that canned tomato pastes contain lots of preservative stuff which is horrible for the health. so either get them fresh from those who make it or you make it yourself at home.
tomato sauces are even worse. we will post how to make sauces at home though you can watch other sources as well.
6- White sugar:
The main culprit of many diseases in our today’s diet is white sugar. replace it with brown sugar which is the product of sugarcane not the beetroot.
7- Soda, factory made juice & drinks:
Try to make fresh juice made with different fresh fruits at home. That worth preventing cancers caused by preservatives, food colors, acids, etc all in one bottle of soda or juice.
8- Factory made candies, chocolates, sweets, biscuits:
Again white sugar comes to your diet. As healthy snacks, use raisins, dried apricots, plums, almonds, figs, dates, etc which are healthy, natural and full of energy and iron.
Seriously, there is no plant which gives fatness! that’s an old trick they used in their advertisements. To make sure, just visit a Margarine factory and see what Margarine is made with , the same thing they make fake sun flower oils, paraffin products!
Don’t even get close to these products if you like your heart and liver.
You can use organic ghee or butters instead.
10- Dough type of foods like macaroni, lazania, noodles, etc:
These foods are very difficult to be digested and most of the times give constipation which is the mother of diseases and gradually can cause intestine cancers.
The best type of meats are Sheep meat, young goat meat and then camel meat. Forget about beef as the holy prophet said it’s all disease. organic chicken and fish once in a while is good. And please don’t be cheated by advertisements that Fish is full of omega 3 so eat it as much as possible.
Fish if it’s not a pond fish, once or twice in a month is enough. As well as chicken. Though if you can avoid the chicken meat totally is even better. we will explain later about the reason behind it. Instead you can use Turkey meat.
The best way to make sure what you’re eating is to make the sausage at home. just google for DIY sausage.
the factory made sausages hardly use healthy and fresh meats and it’s not 100% meat.
13- Frozen foods:
There are so many complications about the health issue of frozen foods. But obviously keeping foods especially meats in the freezer can change their structure and it can be a reason of cancers.
so buy fresh as much as you use in a day and don’t keep anything in the fridge or freezer for later.
one of the secrets of those who have long lives is avoiding frozen foods.
