Boiled Water and its Benefits

In Islamic Medicine clean water that is boiled and cooled down is called Faater. (Not very hot and not very cool)

According to Ahadith, Faater water has many benefits, especially if you drink it first thing in the morning or for Iftaar.

? Imam Al Sadiq (a.s.) quotes from the Holy Prophet (pbuh) that Faater water:

?purifies the tummy and liver
?cures bad breath
?strengthens the teeth and eyes
?improves the vision
?cools down the excited veins
?removes a bitter taste in the mouth
?reduces phlegm
?cools down the heat of the tummy
?cures headaches, etc.
